Six years ago, on the island of Bali, we picked up a seed, which little by little, we grew. There we learned that it is not just a dish, it is not only the fast enjoyment that food in your mouth gives you, it is much more. We surround ourselves with colors, exotic fruits, organic vegetables, converted into smoothies, yogurt bowls, or accompanying breads, pastries and focaccias. The seed not only stayed there, Brunchit continued to grow and pretend to bring tasty ideas from every inspiring corner of the world, from the places where the world stops when you eat... some ranchero eggs at Café Popular de México, some Benedictine eggs from Delmonico's in Nyc, a butter croissant fresh from the oven at the Aux Folies café, or a sourdough toast with avocado and pesto in Folk, in Byron bay.
