The term krav-maga refers to the set of techniques intended to face an attack from one or more opponents: This means Close Combat. The qualities developed during training are: improvement of reflexes, fluidity, speed, precision, the correct use of the body's natural weapons, determination, self-control, respect for others and responses adapted to aggression situations. Training is therefore structured around two pillars: self-defence techniques and combat. Coming from "traditional" martial arts, its only objective is EFFECTIVENESS. However, it is important to emphasize the law: The defense must not be disproportionate to the attack.
